extremely accommodating, extraordinary with a lovely reception. very pretty unit on the main level. early check-in, kind personnel. fab location, a few steps away from strong water tavern.

Loved the place, had a perfectly pleasant stay of Orlando holidays. The a single room was well-appointed and brand-new on the main level.

Booked a room on the main level. A personal safe, flat-screen TV and ironing facilities were provided for a really great stay of Orlando holidays.

Staff is brilliant, breakfast savoury, location is perfect adjacent to the universal themed shop as well as all the parks. It's impeccable with big beds and beautiful views.

The rooms were fabulous, the staff was very hard working, the breakfast was free. They made my stay fantastic. I booked a room with a quiet bed, free WiFi, climate control and microwave. City view was awesome. The best local beach I've seen before now.

They provide a boxed breakfast with plenty of options. Staff were COOL and very caring, everything was great. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Universal Orlando Resort district.

The staff were phenomenal, the breakfast was PARTICULARLY GOOD and everything was wonderful. Pet-friendly hotel set in the beautiful area. The attached restaurant was intimate with plenty of meals in the menu.

Location and stuff where ideal, and this hotel was BLISSFUL and fairly clean. Reasonably spacious suite and comfy bed. A small outdoor restaurant was open on site. The property was in a very great area. I loved my perfect 10/10 stay here.

Super location to explore Orlando and courteous service. Hotel was fairly clean. The pool was well maintained, with a hot tub and water slides. A sandy beach, priceless view. There was a busy bar and exceptional food at the indoor restaurant.

Good sized room. Thanks to a bus stop nearby, all the landmarks in Orlando were within reach. It was in general a wonderful experience:)))

We ate at the poolside restaurant so close to the hotel. Close to the airport, 30 min drive.

The rooftop bar onsite. We strongly recommend, suitable for adults.

Comfortable beds in the rooms. Honestly no reason to complain. The hotel was within walking distance of Raptor Encounter...
